Refund policy:

Please contact us within 24 hours if you have entered any wrong amount for your donation and we can process a refund. After you submit your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your donation and an acknowledgement card will be sent to you via mail and an acknowledgement card sent to the family if that applies.
